When mainstream religion fails you, and the draw of a faith from millennium past as well as new traditions, is stronger than you can ignore, this is the time to seek your path.

Religion ~ Spirituality ~ Faith ~ Science ~ Past ~ Future

According to Wikipedia[dot]org:
Panentheism (from Greek πᾶν (pn) "all"; ἐν (en) "in"; and θεός (Thes) "God"; "all-in-God") A panentheistic belief system is one which posits that the one God interpenetrates every part of nature, and timelessly extends beyond as well.

The pages that follow are the work of me, Bernita Balekian, the creator of this website. I am of the firm belief that, while knowledge is power, those who give freely of their knowledge are the most powerful, for they have the forethought to empower those around them. So in that vein, all the work on the following pages is free to those who wish to learn.

When I started this site it was mainly to take all the information I had gathered in my search for my own path and condense it in one place. When I found my path I decided to keep this site open for others who are searching for their own way. Below you will find the description I wrote of the path I follow.

  • A supreme or higher being, I call the Divine Spirit, initiated the event or events that led to the creation of all things.
  • All gods are One God, or One Spirit. Therefore, no matter the name you give to this Deity or Supreme Being, we all call out to the same thing.
  • Because the Divine Spirit created all, a spark of it is present in all creatures and things: people, animals, plants, stones, and so on.
  • I do not presume to know the mind/s of the creator or the wishes of the Divine Spirit, to imagine otherwise is an act of supreme arrogance and conceit.
  • Every individual has access to the Divine, for they contain within them the spark of all creation, and as such, do not require an intermediary. Anyone can enhance the divine spark within themselves, as long as they strive to do good works, things that benefit all.
  • To gain enlightenment I must be willing to seek out all avenues, not simply the easy ones.
  • One can forgive a person for any action but one cannot absolve a person of their responsibility for that action. A person is eventually judged by what they did do, not by what they didn't do. (I.e. They didn't sell drugs, but they tried to help those who suffered from addiction).
  • All that is sent out into the universe through my actions and inactions is returned to me in due time. So everyday I must do my best to show appreciation for my lives, and those around me.
  • Give of yourself and of your goods to those in need.
  • Due to the inherent divinity of Nature, I should strive to treat it with reverence and respect.
  • We are all part of the Divine Spirit, and nobody, has the right to abuse, or intimidate any piece of the Divine Spirit.
  • The Divine Spirit did not create evil, humankind created evil.
  • It doesn't matter how or whom you love, so long as it is not a destructive or damaging love. As long as you DO love, you have found a profound and important link to the Divine Spirit.
  • There is not only one valid way to seek the Divine, and all should be free to choose the religion that best fits their needs. All faiths are sacred, to deny one faith is to deny all faiths.

May all that you learn help you grow; spiritually, mentally and emotionally.
As we will, so mote it BE!
