What is my role?

Asia Costing Operations Team Leader

I am leading a team of 6 individuals who are accounting for costs for multiple plants and legal entities in Asia.  We ensure that inventory transactions are accounted for correctly, and captured appropriately in the system.  We also serve as stewards for the manufacturing costs for our products and support other business units in decision making.

What do I consider to be my greatest achievement at work?

I was able to design risk assurance plans for different activities of the company, and identify what intervention will be needed by Global Internal Audit to control the risk.

How can I describe the social aspect of my career at P&G?

In my previous role as an auditor, I was able to travel to 18 different countries and a total of around 35 trips in a matter of 3 years.  I was able to travel around the 6 different continents and I was able to make friends in countries which I didn�t even imagine I will be able to reach.  Until now I keep these friends as true and closest friends.
