What is my role?

Key Account Manager

I am the Key Account Manager of our distributor in Bicol, covering all 6 provinces of the Bicol Region and handling more than 100 sellers. Basically, my role is to ensure we deliver 100% distribution of P&G products in all the stores we cover (from Sari-sari stores to Supermarkets) and execute superior presence and win in the first moment of truth. I also make sure that our distributor earns their target profit month after month.

What is unique about me that others may find interesting?

From a UAAP Basketball Player to a P&G Account Manager. It is rare to find that kind of transition.

What do I like most about working for P&G?

Every day brings new challenges and victories. It is such a great feeling to have small but hard earned victories day by day, whether it is hitting your objective for a certain account or setting up a new hanger frontage in the market. And of course, I can sincerely say that P&G takes care of their people really well. They know how to provide the right training and guidance for their folks. I love the culture, promote from within. They respect and know how to appreciate your hard work.
