Appointments and Terms
Appointments for behavioural consultations can be arranged by telephone on 020 8540 7252 (subject to your vet having ruled out medical reasons for your pet's behaviour) and are available throughout the week, including evenings and weekends at no extra charge.
Fees are payable at the time of the consultation by cash or guaranteed cheque.
Parking fees for meters or car parks etc are charged at cost.
Some variation in fees may occur depending on risk, complexity and distance involved.
Precise fees will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Pet Insurance
When pets have insurance cover for behavioural problems fees for behavioural therapy may be reclaimable, in full or in part, via this insurance depending on your pet insurance company's terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions can be subject to change and can vary between different policies and different companies so please check the current requirements of your policy.
Fees for Behavioural Consultations, Personal Puppy Training Sessions & Prepurchase Consultations
Please note full fees are payable unless at least 48 hours notice of cancellation is received.
This 48 hour period is necessary in order to have sufficient notice to be able to rebook that appointment time.
Dog or Cat Initial Behavioural Consultation
From �195
Fee covers visit, up to two and half hour consultation time and report
Dog or Cat Follow-up Behavioural Consultation.
From �100
Fee covers visit, up to one and a half hours consultation time
Home Visit & Individual Puppy Training Session
�15 per quarter hour, (1 hour minimum charge: �60)
(Please check guidance in the Personal Puppy Training section regarding availability of training sessions)
Home Visit & Pre-purchase Consultation �15 per quarter hour. (1 hour minimum charge: �60)
