Q. The other day, my car wouldn't start. I had a tow truck driver come to pick up run your car on water my purple heart car donation car to take it to a mechanic. When we arrived at the shop, he began unhooking my car from the truck; as I saw him doing this, I walked into the office.
A few minutes later, a mechanic ran in saying the tow truck driver had just driven off with my car. I called the driver and, at first, he denied that he had my car. But, after a few minutes, he finally admitted that he had it and had forgotten to unhook it. A half hour passed before he returned with it. Where can I report people like him?

A. Miami-Dade's Consumer Services Department regulates the towing industry info on car speed in South Florida. Even though no harm was done to your vehicle and you don't have a billing issue, you can car computer still file a complaint ''to establish a history and record whether there is a pattern of behavior for this tow truck driver,'' said CSD spokeswoman Sonya Perez.
