LAFD Top Car Hire Service Says Driver Was Not At Scene Of Crash

LOS ANGELES -- A hit-and-run driver crashed into a house in South Los Angeles late Thursday night, causing minor injuries to a 30-year-old mother and her 7-year-old son, who were inside the house.
The collision at 8230 S. Normandie Ave., near 82nd Street, was reported around 9:30 p.m., drivers ed car gamesaid Los Angeles Fire Department Battalion Chief Antoine McKnight. "We had a mother and her children inside," McKnight said. "Two were transported with minor injuries. The other child is doing well at this time."
