(He weighs 25 pounds)In case your curious Topal is named afer Chaim Topol who plays Tevye in Fiddler On The Roof
| We created quite a stir in the wedding newsgroups (alt.wedding & soc.couples.wedding) when we annonced we wanted to have Topal as the ring bearer. Our plan was to have Topal (dressed in a mock tuxedo and tophat) wheeled down the aisle in a red wagon by Andrew Kravet (Steve's Nephew), with the replicas of the rings on his tophat. We decided against it, but not because of the uproar the idea caused on the internet (hundreds of negative responses). He was mentioned both in the wedding program and by the rabbi. |
