Of course you will have a lot of questions if you like to have one of the dresses.
However, not to receive only e-mails with questions now, we have listed the most important questions you might have below.
Can I order my dress after size?
No, the dresses are made individually after measure. We need your measures for this. Which ones of your measures, you will see on the "Taking measure" - site.
Can I get the dress also in other colors or fabrics?
Sure, no problem. You must just state at your order exactly which color you want to have. Enclosing a color- or fabric sample to your order is the best idea.
How does it work if I would like to have a dress?
You send an e-mail to us in which you tell us which of the dresses you would like and which changes shall be made concerning fabric or color to this if needed.
You'll then get another e-mail in which we give you the price once again. The price can change by using other colors and / or fabrics.
You simply answer this e-mail by copying it and add your postal adress.
After that, we will send you an ordering form by regular mail, to make you able to write down your measures and - if necessary - once more the changes that shall be done to color and / or fabric - don't forget the color and / or fabric sample!
You send this order form back and enclose traveler's checks for the ordering sum. Please take into account that in the amount of Traveler's checks can be accepted up to US-$ 400.00!
Within approx. 4 weeks after receiving your order with us you'll then get your Titanic dress made personally with certificate to your home address known to us.
Can I also exchange my dress if I don't like it?
Of course you can - even we don't hope that you don't like it you can exchange your dress as long as it is still new and was not worn. The exchange can be carried out after delivery within 2 weeks.
