With that mindset, The Cham ons Soc cer School has designed a program that will im prove a child�s soccer skills while reinforcing tra al val ues. The Led ger trophy, award ed to the #1 team in New Jersey, has been won by the Gray Bees an un ed 9 times. Jacobs has also steered his teams to 4 county titles and 12 state cham ships. In ad tion, the St. Bene dict�s Prep soc cer pro gram has been rec nized by the National Soccer Coaches As tion of Amer ca (NSCAA) as one of the top twenty five soccer teams team in the coun try 7 out of the last 9 years. In 1990, 1997 and 1998, the Gray Bees finished atop the NSCAA poll, thus win ning the "myth cal" national cham ship an un ed 3 times. Tom was a four-year start er and cap tain for Princeton Uni ty before be ing an ed tor and coach. Pres ly, Tom is the Head of the Up per School and Di tor of Col lege Guid ance at Bene dict�s and he has helped pre pare numerous players prepare for the col lege game over the years. He has also helped with the Brick City Soc cer ini tive that now has over three hun dred boys and girls play ing the world�s most pop lar sport, many for the first time. Bear right just be fore 4th light and stay on Springfield Ave. Follow to 3rd light (No. Union Ave.) Make rightand go to 2nd light (North Ave). Cross North Ave, bear left under RR tracks where No. Union becomes Walnut Ave. Follow south 2 lights. School on right 1/2 mile.
