The appeal judge told me I couldn't include Dr. Blake
as a respondent. His counsel didn't appear - neither
did Pauline, yet the court still decided against me.
I still can't understand the extreme prejudice.
Am I the wrong gender?
It's 2 and a half years since I saw my children.
I don't know how they are, and no one I know in
Adelaide seems to care.

My right lung collapsed on the way to the Family Court to settle the
Appeal Book Index.

Instead I had emergency surgery to insert a tube to re-inflate the lung.
After 11 days I had a
Pleurodesis;
Now I'm up and walking and doing voluntary
work at the
Port Mission Training and Resource Centre.

A general meeting of the Men's
Contact and Resource Centre amended the MCRC
Constitution by a two thirds majority of members present. The existing
Constitution requires 14 days written notice of the proposed amendments
to ALL members. Some members did not receive due notice. The Constitutional
changes may be legally void.
Will the concensus tradition of MCRC
survive?

The children's wishes were not determined by an impartial Family Court
Counsellor. Marie Hume released a Family Report pursuant to Order 25 rule
5(2)(a) of the Family Law Rules. The material contained in the report is
confidential; but the conclusion was that it is not in the best interests
of the children to determine their wishes. Justice Robinson accepted the
recommendation and denied leave to make a further application for contact
and residence. This atrocity will stand until the children reach 18 years
of age and the Family Court of Australia has no jurisdiction. Justice Robinson
ordered that her decision should not be published.

Today I appeared in the Family Court for an hour of argument. The matter was adjourned to 9:30am on Wednesday 31st March 1999, for the children's wishes are determined by an impartial Family Court Counsellor. I was warned not to breach Section 121, FAMILY LAW ACT 1975. I gave a teddy bear to Mr. Richard Deegan, solicitor for the wife, for our daughter. The Court would not hear the evidence of Dr. Terry Donald.
