Gillian
Anderson & David Duchovny work hard to bring us hours of quality television.
They provide
numerous photo opportunities, attend many public events and supply promotional
photographs.
Therefore,
like everybody, they deserve privacy and time to themselves to spend with
their children, without being photographed by the press without consent.
Now that both
Gillian and David have daughters they are even more vulnerable to 'paparazzi'
style photographs.
The Project
does not archive unauthorised photographs of Gillian Anderson or David
Duchovny with their children or families. Nor do we link to sites who archive
such material. We are pleased to make this official in our new Celebrity's
Privacy Policy:
1) The Project
(http://go.to/theproject) does not archive any photographs of Gillian Anderson's
or David Duchovny's children, with or without their parents.
2) The Project
does not archive photographs of Gillian Anderson or David Duchovny that
were obviously taken without the actor/actresses consent, except in the
circumstances in paragraph 5.
3)The Project
does not archive articles that are delieberately and not critically malicious
towards either Anderson or Duchovny.
4) The Project
does not link to websites that, to our knowledge, archive any of the material
mentioned in paragraphs 1-3.
5) Photographs
that count as 'authorised' are:
a) promotional
photographs,
b) photos
of Anderson and/or Duchovny at public events such as premieres or conferences,
c) screen
grabs with relevant copyright notes,
d) photographs
taken with fans,
e) photographs
that have been authporised to be taken by Gillian Anderson or David Duchovny.
We will archive
any of these photographs, unless we are unsure in which case we will not
archive.
6) The Project
does not link to sites that are, or link to, sites that are indecent or
strongly offensive, or aimed at a purely adult audience.
Important Note:
Although we aim to throughly check all sites we link to, the web is changing
all the time and we are not responsible for the content on any sites we
link to, or that they link to. Paragraph 4 comes into force from August
2000 when all linked sites will be sent the above agreeement to check and
confirm their site meets the criteria. Any problems should be e-mailed
as soon as possible.
Thank you for
your co-operation, we hope you agree with our policy.
