Some less advanced users may get lost in this website.

The site is divided up into chapters which move through various skill levels. Unfortunately it is a little difficult to search for one particular aspect on the site, but otherwise it is a great resource.
Tutorials � APH Networkshttp://aphnetworks.com/tutorials this website offers many handy little programming tips and lessons. It covers all skill levels, but is mostly aimed at the higher level programmers. There are no straight-forward lessons to build skills, but the website offers many easy programs that can be used to teach and learn.
Visual Basic Tutorialhttp://www.devdos.com/vb/wanttobe.shtml A simple website to help a beginning-level programmer. The website is uncluttered and easy to navigate. There is no advanced searching function for the website, but it is an excellent classroom tool.

There are screenshots of various aspects and there is also code that can be copied and used. The pages in the site can get a little too long, and difficult to navigate in and through, but the lessons build upon skills well.
