BLACK HILLS ZOMBIE III
Shot as a trailer for a movie that doesn't exist, BHZ III is the story of a film crew shooting a horror movie about zombies in a small mining town in South Dakota. Unbeknownst to the crew, their producer is too cheap to spend money on extras and special FX for the zombies, so he calls in a favor from a scientist friend. He uses a reanimation potion to raise the dead, so they can film real zombies. Everything is going fine until the zombies decide to munch on the cast and crew.
BHZ III is the first Short Bus Films production to be shot in the Portland area. It was shot in 1999, and screened at the Fangoria convention in Los Angeles in 2000 where it was very well recieved.
