SGF's most recent projects
April 27th, 2005
We at SGF are finally back in business.  We're hoping to make the final days here go out with a big kabagangy.  Like the kind that makes your ears pop and then u go "uhoh that hurt my ears i think they popped."  We have 2 main movies in production, one is in the filming/editing stage already.  Indiana Critic 3, the Last Charade, is a parody to Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade and is still in the planning process.  Filming will begin soon and will be one of the only SGF movies ever to use more than ourselves as actors.
We have already begun filming for Attack of the Clowns: Episode II, and it looks to be really frikin awesome.  It is a sequal to the famous Attack of the Clowns- the movie that serves as the SGF finale, which ties together every SGF story ever made. The special effects are finally living up to the visions that we have as the creators & directors of our movies.  Indiana Critic's special effects will be nothin too shabby as well.
Speaking of special effects, you should probably
go read this page I made that tells you more about the new technologies SGF has dove into. It's the icing on the cake for the visions that Sam & Greg have had ever since they started making movies.

SGF is stepping it up this summer, no more school, no jobs, no girlfriends, we've got plenty of time to film all the scenes we need to finish Attack of the Clowns II.  Greg already trimmed down the outline of scenes for it, and brought the movie from 50 some odd scenes down to 37.  The scenes sound really good now, and everything fits together the best we could've hoped for.  We have 5 scenes filmed so far, but that was because of school and having a life.  But hey, it's summer, time to work on our careers.  If we don't finish the filming this summer, we'll have to wait a pretty long time, since Greg'll be off at Bowling Green, and I'll be finishing up the senior year of high school.  We can take as long as we want on the editing part, which so far is looking pretty frikin awesome.  The new technology we have is helping a lot.
Our first mini preview was shown yesterday to an audience of maybe 15 people.  It got a standing ovation.  (everyone had to stand up to watch it though.)  This makes us feel a little better.  We've got happy thoughts about this crazy lil movie.
WHERE WAS SGF ON MAY 19th???
August 23, 2005
Ha HA HA AHAHA.  I'm laughing right now, but you probably can't tell, because I laugh kinda quiet.  But why am i laughing?  Do you ask?  Was that supposed to be in the same sentence?  Well you know what, I'll tell you what's so funny.  I read the june news message from the beginning of the summer and now I have to write this one.

2 months ago SGF was pretty ambitious, because we only had half our movie left to film.  Actually it was more like the whole thing.  Now we have a whole side story in the movie left and a lot of the final battle scenes.  Summer's over, Greg's at college, and I'm sitting here writing news articles for a movie company that you better have heard about.  SGF is going to have to do a lot of pickups to finish this movie.  Whenever Greg comes in to town, SGF will be hard at work.  We have to edit right now as we film because we're pretty pressed for time.

As for some more news, I THINK I'M GOING TO UPDATE THE QUIZ!!!  THAT'S RIGHT!  YOU HEARD ME!  THE QUIZ that hasn't been updated ever in its life since SGF created this website back in like 2001 is NOW GOING TO BE UPDATED!!!  WOOOOOOOT!!!
June 3, 2006
Hello everyone, this is the G speaking!  Ever notice that this site doesn't get updated too often?  Hey, school happens and filmmaking doesn't sometimes, but hopefully that won't happen too often anymore.  So after 3/4 of a year, I'm sure all you SGF fans are wondering what everyone's favorite moviemaking company is up to now.  The personnel are busy trying to find jobs: The G is searching for a part-time job while the S is looking for a job to replace the crappy one he's got now.  The S also has a girlfriend and he's in a band now (quite a busy guy) but he tries to find time to film whenever he can.  We've got three main projects going this summer, although one of them is not officially an SGF project.  One of the two official SGF films we're working on is...yes, you guessed it...STILL Attack of the Clowns II!  We're trying desperately to film the stunning final battle for this instant SGF classic and edit the entire film before next year.  Yeah I know that's exactly what we were saying last year: "We'll have it done by next year," but now it's true I tell you!!!  SGF has also written a script for a film called The Guys, which is about two crazy groups of secret agents in competition to get a baby doll for their bosses.  Our unofficial project is a 9 minute, 3-part mockumentary about a marching band at band camp.  The fiilm is pure classy humor and will be entered in an online film festival.  Everything about SGF is bigger and better this summer: we're filming an awesome AOTC II final battle, using a $5000 camera for our FILM FESTIVAL film, we're writing scripts all over the place with SCREENWRITING SOFTWARE, we're filming movies with AT LEAST 10 different people in them,  and we're doing all this with one hand behind our back!  Have an excellent summer...you can bet your mother's hamster that we will!
