Sgf has grown alot over the past few years.  At first we used vhs cameras, then we upgraded to a digital camera, but something was missing...  So we got editing software.  Now we could actually edit our movies instead of film all the scenes in order and have to redo them over and over and manually add music and all that stuff.
And now, Sgf has become better and better at editing, and finally, after all this growth, that small shimmer of light at the end of the tunnel has grown super big.  Sam is polishing his skills with Paint Shop Pro, Adobe Premiere and Jasc Animation Shop.  With these new powerful tools Sam and Greg can stop using their voices and flashing lights to make lasers, lightsabers and explosions.  We are experimenting with tons of bluescreen, drawing lasers and rotoscoping lightsabers, along with the new explosions that go far beyond the small pieces of wooden blocks rolling towards the camera.
Not only are the special effects looking much more professional, but the stories are getting right up there with them.  Our newest and final SGF projects- Attack of the Clowns: Episode II, and Indiana Critic in The Last Charade, are making the story boards and the future of SGF's crew look pretty bright.
