Beaver

Has been working with Joe since the age of 20.
He first came in the shop looking for a job and he had no experience in that industry whatsoever.

Beaver had trained to be a chef and he loved cooking but not in a restaurant, so he was looking for a new experience and Joe gave it to him with no hesitation.

Beaver's specialty in the shop is the deliveries, he covers a lot of different restaurants and take aways in the area. He knows them well and is very appreciated. He's nice personnality and he's love for food goes through to other people and they like it!

 

Mandy

She's the only women amongs all these men in the shop.She's young, only 25 and has been working at Joe's for 3 years. She has a big familly and is a busy mum. She only comes to work part time, when it's the busiest and concentrate on serving the customers.

It is nice to have her here finally! She's so good with the customers and great at arranging the shop. She's very fussy on the shop appearance and she likes to constantly change it and decorate it.

She gave what the shop was missing: A feminine touch!

 

Stuey

He is the first and the oldest of all the employees. He used to be a customer when Joe was on the markets and he became a good friend and employee.

When Joe was looking for staff for the first time , he didn't think twice. Stuey is now responsable of the markets organising and he loves it!

He covers: Pottsville, Brunswick Heads, Byron Bay, Mullumbimby and Ballina.

Because of Stuey, Joe has been able to keep his business on the markets.
