Masturbation Excercises


If you have the premature ejaculation problem, there are certain excersies that can help you. When I first had the premature ejaculation problem, I thought that the best way to cope with the premature ejaculation problem is NOT to masturbate at all. I tried hard to work on that rule but due to the need of body, I could not alltogather stop masturbation. When you stop masturbation for 3 consecutive months ( having no night discharge in which you are wake up) your penis get sufficient strength and gets hard enough and big enough to look like a healthy penis. As the penis gets more in size and strength ( it carries a lot more weight too), it start to jump around when you are sleeping. Since it has not fully recovered ( or in other words learned to controlled ejaculation), it will ejaculate with minor touches with the body. Ofcourse your brain already provides enough sexual desire and your penis just releases. I found out in my case that once i ejaculated because my finger was touching to the penis while i was having an exciting dream (it can be that senstive!). Things like your body will become enough source to trigger you at night so it is really difficult to control over night discharge. I was quite frusted with this ( and i am still hopeful) that one day i came across the masturbation excercises. They were listed on the oxygen.com website. I was not able to locate them recently. I will discuss them shorty hear to give you an introduction of what it is. In this exercies you try masturbate yourself but whever you come near the ejaculation point, you stop. Hence you learn how to stop at the right time. The whole technique is about learning to stop at the right moment. The stop point gradually gets delayed and delayed till you push it get very close to (normal) ejaculation point. Here are the excerciese that were mentioned on oxygen.com
  1. Step 1: When you feel horny, let your penis erect and start rubbing it as you would do in mastrubation. When you reach near the point of ejaculation, stop touching your penis. If that can not help stoping the masturbation, change your thinking so that you penis gets limp. However the later is not the much desired procedure. It is true that in initial case you might just ejaculate at 2nd or 3rd stroke of rubbing the penis, You have to control yourself! You have to continue this excersie continuously for 15 days. It may contain several start and stop points. Do not worry about that now.
  2. Step 2: When you learn not to come for the whole 15 minutes of rubbing cock, now move to next step. In the first step you used dry hands now use a soap. The soap greatly increases the chances of ejaculation. Do the same exercise again and try to stop youseelf at a point where you can control your ejaculation. Then push that point further back as you did before. You will soon learn that you can rub your penis for 15 minutes with only 2 or 3 intervals. You can now move to the next step. Note that the actual website allowes you to ejaculate fully after this excercise howeveri am not of that opinion.
  3. Step 3: Although you have learned control, this control is nothing when it comes to real sex. In the next step you need a female partner. Your female partner must be understanding anc coopeative who will lead you through the whole process.

    Try trouching your partner sexy part with your penis and then detach yourself as quickly as you can if you think you are comming. Again touch your partner's parts and stop whenever you feel you can not hold yourself any further. You can do this by mutual understanding like you say stop and she gets off or you can tell her in the eyes. Do this excercise for 15 mintues or more.

  4. Ask your parnter to play with your penis, ask her to stroke it. As soon as you are about to come, ask her to stop. You may choose some symbols to convey your message and not necessarily say "stop". This will help a great deal. Your parnter must be peforming sensual excercies on you and you have to hold yourself back. Remember to push yourself as farther you can go.
  5. Now ask your partner for intercourse. Now you must enter very slowly inside her vagina, otherwise you will explode before entering her. Try to make it as slow as possible. You may choose a suitable position for you that is less exciting for you. A good position would be the 'woman on top'in which the man is lying facing up and the woman is sitting on her pubic part. She is in full control. Ask her to move slowly and then stop when you are about to come. Ask her never to onctract her pussy. Do this excercise as far as you can do. You will eventually be able to have sexual intercourse.
Note: one way to stop yourself from commming is take a deap breath and freeze your movement. I did perfrom these excercises, the one that are done a lone.
