I have discussed in the pages that if you do not masturbate for 27 days, you penis gets some strength. If you do not masturbate for another 27 days, your penis gets another increment of strength. If you do not masturbate for like 5 months, your penis will get enogh strength to look like a norma man penis with all the regidity and thickness and lenght back. However not masturbating for 5 months for those who are used it can be difficult or impossible job. It is true you can get control over it but what you can't get control over it, is your dream and what you do in dreams and at night. One masturbation takes you back 27 days back in your process of getting well. Hene if you did not masturbate for 3 months, you have seen considerable improvementin your penis and you are happy about it. All of sudden you got so excited that you can't help ejaculate so you masturbated. Now it pushed you 27 days back. Say you had originally not to masturbate for 5 months and you did masturbate after 3 moths, so you lost the 3rd mont increment. Hence you have now not to masturbate for month 3,4, and 5 to achieve perfact health. this is extermely difficult and almost impossible for the reason below. Before menioning those reason let me clear this increament in power of penis in 27 days. The increment comes suddenly in one day. It is not a gradual process of healing slowly. If you do not masturbate for 25 days you will not see anything at all. After 27 day you noticibly see that your penis has gain strenght and weight. When you get an erection you again feel that it is bigger and thicker too. It is more hard also! This increment bring this kind of change. This whole thing is from my personnel experience as being a patient of premature ejaculation problem.

Now one evidence that i have that premature ejaculation patient does not enjoy sex as a normal man is this. When i achieved an improvement after three months of non masturbating, my penis would go fairly big in size and girth and it's stiffness increased a lot. I would fee the weight of my penis. Now with this condition, i would be come really mentally satisfied but the problem would come on nights mainly. I would almost certainly get night discharge in the night. This was because

  1. I felt my self adequate for sex. I had not worries that i can not satisfy a woman.
  2. I had fairly increased erection size with much much power in it. This is where the problem arised.
  3. With big and powerful erection, i could attain more sexual satisfaction mentally by attaing hight level of joy ( say i can now reach to level 9 and previously i could go to level 7 or 8). Now that i can reach level 9, but my penis is not developed enough to sustain my increased mental satisfaction so it needs just a trigger to jerk off. That is what happens. At night you jerk off even if you lay upside down. You penis is just so energetic and enthusiastic that it will jerk off with anything. If you pass over this period without masturbate, there is a good change that you will get healthy. I never passed over this period in my more that 10 year of premature ejaculation problem.
  4. There may be night that you will be so hot for sex that even you know you are aware of yourself. You will wake up and jerk off in the night right in the bed. You just can't help youself. Although you are aware of everything, all the damage masturbation can cuse you but you still can't help it. It will be like a dream in which you have no control but it will be happeing in reality.
  5. One stimuls that i found when i got night discharge that my hand was touching my penis. My hand acted as a nother person in my dream for which i ejaculated.

A little about the 27 day increment

  • Note that this 27 day period to improve your penis health can vary dependng on age and other factors. Like if you do regular excercise, running etc..the period improves and the increment occurs after 20-21 days. Like wise if you become too lazy and do nothing, the period may even increase to 30 days.
  • The activity is more robust at the age of 22. Afterward it will slow down slightly. At the age of 30, the process might get considerably slow.
