The Sacred Tree is web site dedicated to the social issues I feel strongly about.  I wanted to voice my opinions, and find others of like mind, in an effort to entertain thoughts of peace.  I hope this site encourages, supports, and raises the hopes of everyone who believes in the oneness of humanity.  The views expressed within this site may not be mainstream or popular…but I feel they should be.  Throughout the site you will find links to different sites around the web, they were not chosen for religious affiliation or to show my personal loyalties, they were chosen for concise content.  I belong to no organized group, religion, or political endeavor…..the views expressed are not meant to encourage or discourage club, religious, or political affiliation.

Biographical Information

Lisa Young Schmidt is a short story writer, and poet.  She lives in the state of New Jersey with her husband and family.  Angel Tears is her first book in print.  It is a book of Poetry and Short Stories with a central theme, Love, Peace, and the lack thereof.  “Too young to understand, yet old enough to fear, paradise with breathe again, in a single tear”.
