The Gift of Creation

Everyone is busy, worrying about his or her own tonight.  Some have no one to worry about at all.  Sometimes praying for peace seems small and insignificant.

When I lie down to watch the stars at night, I wonder to myself, might there be a spark of life?  Then I say a little prayer, I hope they know how to fight.

Our kind has taken everything within our reach.  In a world where all seems lost, what we find, we keep.

What might we know, if for one moment we believed?  Believed in our own ability to break free from the limited physical space we in which we function?  I mean truly break free and enjoy all the splendid gifts this world yields to us without judgment?  What would become of our self doubt, if we abandoned it?  What if we embraced and enjoyed all the talent of kindred?  Music for the sake of music, art for the sake of art, intelligence for the sake of understanding, love for the sake of love, and all of it for the sake of peace and fulfillment?  All we wish to encounter in heaven is all we can create on earth; if only we knew true love.

It is sad, that as a species, we would rather believe in a life after death and await the final curtain call to enjoy such a beautiful play that never was.  God is very much needed, because although we are overflowing with the gift to create heaven on earth…Man can not keep his talented hands to himself.

The Prophets

In the intricacies of life, truths are self evident.  A child can learn from any willing teacher, preacher, or prophet.  Jesus of Nazareth was a teacher worthy of the title.  But not all teachers and preachers nurture the seed of truth, or feel the reality of love.  Dr. Martin Luther King was a prophet from God, he spoke of love, understanding and peace, and he was a man very like Jesus.  President Abraham Lincoln was an angel of God, sent to begin the arduous task of freeing Gods children from the prison of Satan.  Satan makes no distinction of color, nor does God.

Although religion and state are, by law, separate entities, they still stir and rally the people to action.  As I listen to the different leaders of different organizations speak, I hear quotes from scripture, quotes from both the Bible, and the Koran.  They use one particular prophet who does not stand for what they claim; Moses.  Within the uprising there is a call to free Gods people, the irony of the statement lies in what that freedom represents; Gold and Silver.

It would do those leaders and speakers good to re-read the scripture they quote; Moses was sent by God to free his people with the word of love, trust and brotherhood, not money, power and pride; Moses freed the soul of Gods people.

The ones who followed Moses were given a test to prove their worthiness of Grace.  Moses left his people to ascend Mt. Sinai, and receive the law of God, and while he was away some of the Israelites created idols of Gold, and for this some of them were denied the light of God.  Love is all that remains when everything is said and done, Gold only dazzles the eyes, so you can not see past the lies you are fed.  Spiritual love can fill the emptiness people feel inside; money only numbs.

If you or your organization requires money to do Gods work, your organization does not work for god.  Jesus, Moses and Mohammed, all worked for God and they did this without large sums of money; they did it with the WORD.  If any group of people claims to work for God, and collect money to do so, they should read the story of the money changers in the Bible, or Matthew 10.  The rules for saving Gods people are written for all to see; open your eyes, and clean out your ears.

The Light of God

Every human soul remains connected in some way, to his or her spiritual birth.  Through out life, each individual realizes that pain and suffering are a part of living.  Learning to forgive, forget and understand; are all a part of the road to true peace.  For some, the heart, which is where the eternal flame burns the brightest, reminds them of their true home.  This flame feeds a memory of true peace.

This is the reason humanity continues to cling to religion.  It is the reason we do not live as the animals do.  We know there is life after death, but we choose to deny it, because above all, death is frightening.

The existence of God in my eyes is a fact, not a question.  Before we discovered the atom, the neutron, or germs, someone imagined them to be so.  The unseen world is a real place, it has always been there, and always will be there. Therefore God has every right to exist, because we can not see him, is of no consequence.

Evolution is a fact just the same.  Creationism vs. evolution is a ridiculous argument, and if I may be so bold to say; ignorant.  Both theories exist side by side, within the same circle of fact.  They can not breathe without each other!   To me it is like arguing over which came first, the chicken or the egg!  Creationism and evolution are locked together in an eternal dance.  Things are created and evolve; they do not explode onto the scene then wreak havoc then turn into new things.  Creation and evolution are natural to our world, the world of spirit and flesh.
