| The purpose of the R. A. C. Booster Club is to help the students of R. A. C. in any way possible. It meets approximately once a month to disseminate information, discuss the needs of the different programs, and to plan fund raisers to help meet some of those needs. Every parent who's child is enrolled at R. A. C. is automatically a member of the Booster Club unless they express in writing that they wish to be excluded. |

| MINUTES FOR R. A. C. PARENTS/BOOSTER CLUB MEETING JULY 15, 2002 7:30 P.M AT R. A. C. GYMNASTICS Meeting called to order at 7:39 p.m. by president, Jim Walker Motion to Approve June Minutes as written- Steffany Walker 2nd- Shannon Withrow Passed Treasurers Report- Currently have approximately $668 from monthly dues Director's Reports Preschool: position vacant. Steffany Walker reported that the preschool program could use some money to help with theme week bags Cheerleading: position vacant. Rhythmic/Dance: Lisa Schultz reported on the summer ballet program Girls: director absent. Boys: director absent but sent report stating that she is still working on getting parent shirts made Competitive Teams: position absent R. A. C. Rep.: Steffany Walker had no report Election of New Officers President: Shannon Withrow Vice President: Steffany Walker Secretary: Lisa Schultz Treasurer: Michelle Eich Directors Preschool: Chris Ramos Cheerleading: vacant Rhythmic/Dance: vacant Girls: Barbie Jared Boys: Joel Ierien Competitive Teams Director: vacant R. A. C.: Jim Walker Fundraising Krispy Kreme Sale: The Krispy Kreme orders will be going in Wednesday.
