USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This User License Agreement is a legal agreement between the USER and SERVICE PROVIDER (“aessoft”) to use the Expert System Software products (ESS), which is being provided as part of professional services for unlimited usage as per the following terms and conditions. By installing or otherwise using the ESS products, USER agrees to be bound by the terms of this License Agreement.

The ESS products are protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. These ESS products are licensed, not sold.

This License Agreement grants you the following rights:

	The USER may only install and use one copy of these ESS products on single computer.
	The USER shall not share these ESS products over network with other computers or workstations.
	The USER will be provided with back-up copy of these ESS products in floppy disks. User may use the back-up copy solely for archival purposes.

Other Rights and Limitations:

The licence is for single user and for single computer. The user cannot load these software products to other machine. If the user wishes to shift the installation to other machine, the same can be done with the help of service provider.

Training and USER MANUAL will be provided to USER to operate the ESS products.

The USER is responsible for the safety of these ESS (Expert System Software) products against piracy. The USER shall take care all the precautions required in this regard.

The USER shall not try to modify any of the structure of the file containing the ESS as it will corrupt the ESS and make it un-usable. The ESS has to be re-installed.

The USER shall not send any ESS files by email to any recipients. The results may be sent after coping the necessary sheets in a different file.

The USER will get free updates and technical assistance for one year from the date of installation. The user shall pay extra if he wishes to buy updates after this one-year period.

The USER may not rent, lease or lend these ESS products to any other user/organization.

The USER shall make the payment for the services provided as per agreed terms.

Free Customisation of these ESS will be provided to suit / meet user’s specific requirement with regard to presentation of results like incorporating name of the user etc.

The USER may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the ESS products.

The USER cannot transfer all of his rights under this License Agreement to third party.

The SERVICE PROVIDER may terminate the user’s right to use the ESS products under this License Agreement, if the USER fails to comply with the terms and conditions of this License Agreement. In such event, the USER must destroy all copies of the ESS products and all of its component parts.
