Exalted Grand Master

The Exalted Grand Master serves as National President of Phi Kappa. He presides over the General Assembly and is authorized to appoint standing and special committees. He supervises the work of the Executive Council and is responsible for the general welfare of the fraternity.

Exalted Worthy Master

The Exalted Worthy Master is the Vice-President of Phi Kappa. As the financial officer, he must keep accurate records of all money received and disbursed by Phi Kappa National Fraternity. In order that he can properly fulfill this responsibility, the Exalted Worthy Master should have completed at least one year of high school bookkeeping or one semester of college accounting with at least a "C" average. He shall present a financial report to each meeting of the General assembly and shall serve as parliamentarian for these meetings.

 

Exalted Scribe

The exalted Scribe is the Secretary of the fraternity. He is secretary to the General Assembly and publishes the KEY. He is responsible for printing the DIRECTORY and all report forms. He corresponds regularly with the chapter, keeping records of efficiency points for the determination of the Emilc T. Petro Efficiency Award.

 

Exalted Pledge Master

The Exalted Pledge Master issues pledge manuals and pledge pins at the direction of the Exalted Worthy Master. He also issues and grades the National Pledge Examinations at the request of each chapter.  He is also responsible for the issuance of membership shingles and membership cards to the chapters. He also has the responsibility of ascertaining that all members who attend national functions are active with the fraternity.

 

Director of Expansion

The Director of Expansion cooperates with the chapter Worthy Masters in their expansion efforts. He serves as an advisor to colony clubs and insures that these clubs meet all requirements necessary to become a chapter. If there are no expansion efforts, he works to improve existing chapters.

 

Alumni Association National President

The Alumni Association National President shall be elected by the Alumni Association at large. While not a standing member of the Executive Council, he shall serve as an advisor to the active fraternity and shall be available to assist at all times.
