This award is given to the
chapter deemed most outstanding in both chapter cooperation with the
Executive Council and in local achievement. This is the
highest award that a chapter can receive. |

The outstanding Phi Kappa of the year
is the recipient of the Guy D. Campbell Award. He is selected
from among the graduating Phi Kappas of the year. |

The Jacob Broughton Nelson Award is
presented to the outstanding Grand Master of the year. It is
named in honor of Phi Kappa's beloved founder. |

recognized by the Executive Council as Outstanding Members of the
fraternity for their loyalty and service to our brotherhood.

The highest award to a Phi Kappa.
The recipient's name must be submitted to the General Assembly, and
after a two-thirds vote, a comprehensive biography of personal and
fraternal life is submitted to the following General Assembly.
After its approval by two-thirds vote by the Second General
Assembly, the Phi Kappa is permanently placed in the Phi Kappa Hall
