Xena sits up while being very cautious about what's around her.

"Xena, what is it?" Gabrielle asks in a low voice.

"Someone's watching us," Xena replies.

They both get up quickly to see who's making the noise.

"Who's there? Show yourself!" Xena calls out.

"Hello," A man says while standing behind Xena and Gabrielle.

The man stands there with the others he's with anticipating a fight with Xena and Gabrielle. The men start to yell and run towards them. A fight breaks out into a heated battle. While Xena and Gabrielle are fighting the men, The New Challenger shows up unexpectedly and makes the initiative to prevent the men from fighting, but they don�t listen. Xena and Gabrielle stare at The New Challenger in shock but are forced to snap out of it after a few seconds as the fight starts. The New Challenger sees he has no choice. He takes his black full length coat off and puts it down to the side to defend himself against the men who are about to attack him while his sister and Gabrielle are fighting several men at one time. The fight ends after a few moments by The New Challenger easily taking on four men at one time while Xena and Gabrielle are fighting the others.. The men run off after being defeated. The New Challenger walks towards Xena and Gabrielle. They're disappointed about what happened but are shocked to see The New Challenger there.

�I thought you might've needed some help,� The New Challenger says to Xena and Gabrielle.

He picks his coat up after fighting the men. Xena stares in shock. Gabrielle walks towards Xena hesitantly.

�Who is that?� Gabrielle asks quietly.

�That�s my brother,� Xena replies quietly in shock.

�How do you know?� Gabrielle asks.

�I just know, I have a gut feeling,� Xena replies.

Later that night, the air grows cooler, enough for coat weather. Xena and Gabrielle make a fire for warmth. The New Challenger walks towards the fire and puts the wood he collected next to it. Xena and Gabrielle glance over to The New Challenger hesitantly and wonders if they should talk to him. Xena decides to get up and walks towards him.

�Where have you been all these years?� Xena asks calmly, yet quietly.

�Trying to solve a family feud,� The New Challenger replies in a disappointed voice.

Xena looks at her brother wondering what he�s talking about.

�What happened?� Xena asks.

�Our brother Akuma is jealous of me because of who I am. He�s trying to get revenge because of what happened. He will do anything and stop at nothing to try to defeat me,� The New Challenger explains.

�Yeah, a priest told us about this yesterday, but we weren�t sure whether he was telling the truth. The whole thing sounded like fantasy land,� Xena replies and wonders when Akuma will strike next.

�Come on, we have a big day tomorrow, let�s get some sleep,� Xena says to her brother and Gabrielle.

The night air gets thinner. Nothing can be heard except for a few owls screeching from one branch to another and the wind going through the trees. A wolf is also heard off in the distance calling to others. Xena and Gabrielle fall into a deep sleep. The New Challenger lye�s on the ground half awake without letting his brother Akuma attack him without him knowing it.
