Spiced Apples and Pears

ingredients

2 medium apples, sliced
2 medium pears, sliced
1/2 cup celery, cut diagonally (about 1 medium stalk)
2 tbs. lemon juice
1 tbs. honey
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

directions

Mix apples, pears and celery. Shake lemon juice, honey, salt and pumpkin pie spice in a tightly covered container; pour over apple mixture. Toss until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
