2 cans (11 oz) corn, drained 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, rinsed and drained 1 small sweet red pepper, finely chopped 2 tbs. finely chopped onions 2 tbs. chopped fresh cilantro 2 tbs. balsamic vinegar 2 clove garlic, minced 1 tsp olive oil salt (to taste) hot pepper flakes (to taste)
