ingredients

1 large bunch broccoli buds, chopped
10-12 strips of crisp, fried bacon - broken into small pieces
1/4 cup red onion, chopped
1/2 cup raisins - marinated in dressing, add to salad just before serving

Dressing -

1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbs. balsamic vinegar (may also use either red wine vinegar or lemon juice)
