The keyshape display area contains the keyshapes you have loaded. The Key Sets menu lists all the keysets you have loaded as follows:
Switch to the Lips keyset by selecting KeySets 
Lips.
The lips keyset contains 15 different keyshapes. Note that when you switch between keysets that the keyframe track (which is below the graphical representation of the sound sample) changes as well. The SoundSync window now displays the keyset.
