Copy of part of an e-mail to the PH_list server [email protected] (now at [email protected].) re: the Group Fantasy of KIDS ARE BAD that seems to be coming up in the news lately - it was dated 7-26-1999 - Some saw this as the standard preparaation of the children as "bad" that predicates war. It was the author's contention that this portend an internal sacrifice., such as cuts in welfare and child care programs - I belive that this is cry by the older psychoclass [p-c] for the creation of scapegoats - due to the removal of so many of the standard ones by the newer p-c and the anxiety created by the opulence of that new p-c.
We shall see.

-- "A" getting students beingg posed as sexually out of control - all network coverage - recuring
-- Sports team kids posed as spoiled - both Time and Newsweek made issues of this.

@ Older psychogenic modality enforcement/supported to create acting out
-- Remember to Spank Laws in 11 states<
-- Kids Required to call teachers Sir oor Ma-am
    .(about same amount of states)
-- Body piercing seen as acting out
>     (we can do it to you = pierce your ears in infancy
        - but YOU (child) can't do it!)
        = crazy making double message!
-- More gun control and cops on campus vs therapists!
@ Keeping the 'crazy' kids at home
    usually we would 'off gas' the 'worst' of the violent
    acting out youth into war - now we mark them
    and keep them at home so they can act out their
    violence on us
@ Tagging kids at ten cause
    "so many will turn bad and need monitoring anyway"
