First appearance: Act 1

This appears out of the Heart Moon Brooch when Sailor Moon needs it in battle. It is used to perform her Moon Healing Escalation and Moon Twilight Flash attacks.

Anime/Manga Comparison:
In the anime and manga, this item is called the Moon Stick, and Usagi gets it much later on in the story. Also, she is given it by Luna and keeps it with her, unlike the live action series where it appears when she needs it. "Moon Twilight Flash" doesn't involve the Moon Stick in the manga (and in the anime she never uses that attack).
