After dancing like a ballerina (and some weird CG effects), Sailor Moon shoots a beam of light from the Moonlight Stick that burns her enemy into nothing.

Anime/Manga Comparison:
"Moon Twilight Flash" is an attack from the manga, but in the manga it was much cooler. Instead of using the Moon(light) Stick, she uses her tiara to reflect the moonlight and burn up the enemy she's fighting.
