Minako is in the hospital following her run-in with a truck, and despite Rei's insistance that they should focus on the mission, Usagi and Makoto go and visit the hospital. They use their cellphones to disguise themselves as nurses, and search for Minako. Artemis talks to Minako through the window and urges her to leave her room at the hospital, but her very effeminate "shacho" (company president) follows her. Usagi and Makoto think he might be a monster and stop him getting away, causing a big commotion in the process. Much to the annoyance of the boss, Usagi and Makoto get autographs from Minako. Minako knows that Usagi is Sailor Moon, but she doesn't mention this - and although she doesn't say anything about it, she is taken aback by how little Usagi seems to care about her mission.
Meanwhile, Zoisite uses a website to lead Rei, Ami and Luna into a trap. Zoisite hypnotises Sailor Mars and Sailor Mercury, and after they call Usagi and Makoto to come to where they are (and the two of them transform), he hypnotises Sailor Jupiter too. The three of them turn against Usagi, and just as she is about to fall victim to Zoisite as well, Tuxedo Mask arrives. As he pulls Zoisite's hand away, he sees an vision of his dream - but now there is a man kneeling below the woman, who then stands up beside her. Tuxedo Mask suddenly wonders aloud if the woman in the dream is the Princess. Usagi thinks that he is referring to Sailor V - as Luna says, Zoisite has now realised that Sailor V is the Princess. Zoisite's plan seems to have been for Sailor V to rescue to Sailor Guardians so that he could attack her as well - but she didn't, even though, as Artemis says, she is the Princess...
(Anime/Manga Comparison)
Characters Introduced:
- Company President
- Artemis
Important Events:
- Although this has been sorta-suggested before, the beginning of this episode makes it a little clearer that Motoki has feelings for Usagi
- It turns out that Minako sustained minor injures from the truck that was headed for her in the previous episode, although quite what happened isn't exactly clear; in any case, Minako is in the hospital because of it, and she's still there by the end of the episode
- Nephrite decides that the reason he hasn't found the Silver Crystal yet is probably because the Princess has it, and he decides that he will look for the Princess (although it's clear that part of his motivation for this is Zoisite's failure at disposing of the Princess and Sailor V)
- Queen Beryl wonders why Zoisite doesn't try to win her love in the same way Nephrite does
- Mamoru's dreams seem to be causing him physical pain/discomfort in his head
- Usagi meets her idol, Minako, for the very first time!
- Minako either has the ability to sense that people are Sailor Guardians, or has been told by Artemis that Usagi is Sailor Moon - either way, she knows, but she hasn't actually mentioned this to Usagi
- However, Minako does ask Usagi if she has more important things to do than get her autograph, and Usagi carelessly says that Minako is much more important than looking for the Princess or Sailor V
- Although Minako doesn't actually say anything to Usagi that's related her being Sailor Moon, it's clear that she disapproves of Usagi's attitude towards her duties as a Sailor Guardian
- In the battle, Tuxedo Mask grabs Zoisite's hand and gets a clearer view of his dream - now there is a man kneeling below the woman, who then stands up beside her... and Tuxedo Mask suddenly wonders aloud if the woman was the Princess
- By this point, practically everyone seems to be convinced that Sailor V is the Princess, or at least that it is highly likely (especially Zoisite, of course)
- Zoisite doesn't know who Tuxedo Mask is, but he's sure he remembers him
- A conversation between Minako and Artemis confirms that Minako is the Princess
- The effeminate company president is possessed by a monster. To be continued!!!11
