This man, referred to as "shacho" (see below), is in charge of organising Minako's activities as a pop star (including her schedule, etc.), and also appears to play a role in taking care of her. He is very effeminate and eccentric - he dresses in flamboyant clothes, talks in a camp voice, and reacts to thinks in an exaggerated way. Also, in Act 11 he talks to a teddy bear... while polishing his nails.

A helpful guestbook poster called Masaru has explained that this character is called "shacho" by the other characters, which means he is the president of a company. It it is likely that he is the president of the entertainment agency that Minako belongs to. I've rephrased this around the site (since "boss" seems like an oversimplification), but I still might change my mind about exactly what I refer to him as. I dunno... I'm no expert about this. Still, it's nice to be able to put an explanation here. Thanks also to Masaru for telling me the name of the actor who plays this character.
