This is a technique that Rei can use even when she isn't transformed. She throws an ofuda (paper talisman) with the words "Akuryou Taisan" on it at her enemy, to make the evil spirits disperse.

When she is transformed, Sailor Mars uses this attack to hurl tons of ofuda at her enemy.

Anime/Manga Comparison:
The untransformed version is almost exactly like in the anime and manga, although Rei has yet to put the ofuda on anyone's forehead in the live action series. In the manga, the transformed version doesn't involve any ofuda (let alone tons of them).
