The 1900 Federal Census for Strongs Prairie, Adams County, Wisconsin, page 18, shows lists the Eberlein family's date of arrival into the United States as 1856, presumably shortly after Helvene Maria's birth. Family members listed on page 18 include Ann living with Torger & Oliver, John living alone, and Maria married to O. H. Svendson.

Ann Maria ?datter was born in Apr 1820 in Norway. She died on Jan 20 1901 in Strongs Prairie, Adams County, Wisconsin. She was buried in West Arkdale Cemetery, Arkdale, Adams County, Wisconsin. She married Halver Eberlin in Norway.

Oliver never married. He lived with Torger on the family farm until after Torger's death, and then lived the last 2 years of his life at his sister's house, Mrs. Johanne Gullickson.

Oliver Eberlin passed away at the home of his sister, Mrs. J. Gullickson, on March 17. He was born in April 1858, and spent his entire life here. One sister, Mrs. Gullickson, and one brother John of Dellwood, survive.

Mr. and Mrs. Hilbert Gullickson of Adams attended the funeral of the former's uncle, Olver Eberlin, here Thursday (March 19) afternoon.

A party of friends assisted Mrs. Johanna Gullickson in the celebration of her 82nd birthday anniversary recently. Mrs. Gullickson who because of ill health is confined to her home was much pleased with the realtives and friends remembrance of her birthday. A most pleasant time was had by all.
