FONROSE N. MILLNER, CIVIL WAR VETERAN, DIED THIS MORNING
Fonrose Nicholson Millner, aged 82, died this morning at 9:40 at his home, 37 Selma Avenue, Schoolfield, after a week's illness. He was a Confederate veteran, being born in Henry county in 1847 and being throughout his active years a blacksmith. He came to Danville 20 years ago and had since made his home here.
He is survived by four sons, W. L. Millner, of Park Springs; H. R. Millner, F. L. Millner and F. H. Millner, all of Danville.
The funeral will be held from the residence on Friday afternoon at 3 o'clock by Rev. Aubrey Hughes, with interment to take place in Mountain View cemetery.

FUNERAL SERVICES FOR MR. MILLNER
The funeral of Fonrose Millner was held yesterday afternoon at 4 o'clock from the residence, 37 Selma Avenue, Schoolfield. The services were conducted by Rev. Mr. Hughes and Rev. M. Jarret. Interment was made in Mountain View cemetery.
The pall bearers were Maynard Wade, Alvin Wade, R. L. Holder, Sils Seamster, Charles D. Turpin and J. H. Harley. The flower bearers were Misses Louise Millner, Ruby Millner, Abalene Millner, Mildred Millner, Lois Millner and Mrs. W. O. Motley.
