The Chocolate Wars
The HHH liked dark chocolate. In fact, she loved it. She wouldn't even touch white chocolate. However, Professor Belgareth did not like dark chocolate. She thought that white chocolate was the only way to go. Of course, there was no pleasing these two stubborn professors. So, they settled it the best way they could. They went to war.
Hogwarts was separated into two factions. Dark Chocolate led by the HHH and Light Chocolate led by Professor Belgareth. The two factions then competed against each other in competitions that Hogwarts had never seen the likes of before. These competitions, which were based on games, took on a whole new form at Hoggies as students competed till the end.
For instance, the students participated in a fabulous game of capture the flag. However, they also participated in games such as a water balloon wat, a relay race, and a form of hide-and-seek. Also, each side had its own camp where planning and strategy took place. These were also the place for ambushes.
A second war was attempted some time after the first, However, the war itself failed. Hogwarts has never seen a chocolate war since then, thankfully. However, a piece of that history can be found at the Sorting Hat every now and then.
