OTTAWA� Le Centre canadien pour l��thique dans le sport annonce aujourd�hui que sa demande d�invalider la d�cision de r�int�grer l�entra�neur de natation Cecil Russell en 2005, puisque celle-ci a �t� obtenue de mani�re frauduleuse, a �t� accord�e par la Cour sup�rieure de justice de l�Ontario. Cette d�cision fait en sorte que l�arbitre M. Graham Mew devra reconsid�rer sa d�cision en se basant sur des preuves additionnelles.

Une athl�te de duathlon commet une violation aux r�glements antidopage

OTTAWA  � Le Centre canadien pour l��thique dans le sport (CCES) annonce aujourd�hui que Shari Boyle, une athl�te de duathlon, a commis une violation aux r�glements antidopage. La violation a �t� relev�e lors d�une tentative de contr�le antidopage hors comp�tition � Toronto, en Ontario, le 20 mars 2007. Au moment de la tentative de contr�le, Mme Boyle �tait d�j� sous le coup d�une suspension d�un an pour usage d��ph�drine.


Duathlon Athlete Commits Anti-Doping Rule Violation

OTTAWA� The Canadian Centre for Ethics in Sport (CCES) announced today that Shari Boyle, a duathlon athlete, committed an anti-doping rule violation. The violation occurred as a result of an attempted out-of-competition doping control in Toronto, Ontario on March 20, 2007. At the time of the attempted test, Boyle was serving a one-year sanction for the use of ephedrine.
