Lillian Müller
Lillian Müller was born on August 19, 1951, in the town of Grimstad in Norway. She grew up in Fevik, that is beautifully situated between the town of Grimstad and the city of Kristiansand in southern Norway. She was the oldest of a family of four. She was an independent child.
At the age of 18, Lillian participated in the beauty contest Miss Norway. However, she did not win. Later on, she participated in the beauty contest Miss Beauty International. Again, she did not win, but she was second.
After finishing gymnaset (= US junior college) she planned to study at an extension college for teachers. Instead she lived the two next years in Bruxelles, Belgium, and the Federal Republic of Germany. She moved to London and studied at the London Academy of Modelling. She graduated as the best fashion model, and at the same time she was a pin-up in London Sun, Daily Mirror, and Sunday Times. Lillian was defined as the perfect pin-up.
In her early career as a model, Lillian became famous for posing for the Playboy Magazine. She became Playboy Playmate of the Month August in 1975, and a year later she became Playboy Playmate of the Year 1976. Her photos have decorated eight Playboy Magazine covers. The reason for this was to launch her career as an actress.
In the mid-70s, Lillian's career as an actress took off. Her career as an actress started also in Europe, and her career as an actress continued very soon in the USA. In the Federal Republic of Germany she played lead roles in the major films Rosemaries Tochter (Rosemary's Daughter) (1975), Frauenstation (Women in Hospital) (1976), Casanova & Co (1976), and Hometown USA (1979). In the late 1970's, she acted in TV-series and TV-shows as Charlie's Angels, The Night They Took Miss Beautiful (1976), Once Upon A Spy (1980), Miracle on Ice, and Magnum P.I. (1981). She acted in Magnum P.I. alongside Tom Selleck.
In the early 1980's, Lillian acted in films as The Devil and Max Devlin (1981), King of the Mountain (1981), Best Defense (1984), and Stewardess School (1987). She played also the female lead in Rod Stewart's video film Do You Think I'm Sexy
Lillian has paricipated in many TV shows in the USA, as Extra, Good Morning America, Remington Steele, Starsky and Hutch. The Howard Stern Show, and The Tonight Show.
Lillian is the author of the book Feel Great, Be Beautiful Over 40: Inside Tips on How to Look Better (1998). She has also written an autobiography titled Lillian Müller (1999), that is a honest book with private photos. She has also her own TV show Let's talk health.
She started a succesful career after celebrating her 50th birthday.
Lillian is the photo editor in the magazine Nuestra Gente. The magazine is published every other month, and it is intended for the Spanish-speaking population in the USA.
Lillian published her pin-up calendar in 2004. She has sold nearly 30.000 copies of her pin-up calendar. Currently, she is writing a new book. The working title of the book is Fabulous at 50. She has also started working as a photo model again. She is now a dressed model with a mature image.
Lillian deserves her gorgeous appearance. Her appearance is made by good genes and iron discipline. She does not eat bread, fish and meat. She does not eat fried or cooked food. Instead, she eats raw fruit and vegetables: carrots, melons, papayas, peaches and salads to breakfast, dinner, and supper. She drinks a lot of water. Sometimes, she eats nuts to get proteins. She does not eat breakfast. She does not believe in vitamin or mineral pills.
Lillian exercises every day: 300 situps, 300 leg-ups, runs, and walks in stairs. She exercises in health studios three or four times a week. Her measurements are 86 cm (major C) - 58 cm - 85 cm, her weight is 54 kilos, and her height is 172 cm. She says she is natural "high" because of her exarcises and healthy food.
She has never smoked cigarettes, drunk coffe or alhohol, or taken drugs.
Lillian Müller is a positive thinker. She is convinced that positive thoughts influence the physical health. Every morning she thinks positive thoughts. Every day she inspects her attitudes. She wants to have a life of the best quality. She wants to do the best physically, psychically and spiritually. She is a inspirator and motivator. She wants to write books, deliver lectures, and host TV shows.
She is full of energy. She is full of talents.
Lillian lives with her daughter in Santa Monica, California, and she plans to buy a house or farm in Fevik where she spends one or two week every year.
Lillian drives to work in L.A.
