Layout
The Calendar consists of two pages.
First Page
This page has the Calendar. Usually the Calendar has the previous
month's walks, the present month's walks and the following one or two
months walks. The First Page is done in MS Excel format at present.
Second Page
This page has information such as Walk Nomination Procedure, Walk
Grading System, Meeting Place and Car Pool Costs, Walking Together and
What to do in an Event of a Delayed Outing. The Second Page is in Word
document format.
The two pages are converted to pdf format by using a program such as
PDFCreator and then joined together with another program such as
PDFTools.
A template of the First page of the Calendar is available
in Excel format.
