200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh
Yog Acharya Jagjeet is a Sadhu by nature. He took birth in a family, where Yog and sadhna is in their blood and bones. It’s been more than 10 years now, that he has been practicing Yog and Asanas with his well known Acharya Shri Karamveer Ji.
During his childhood he was taught various yogic kriyas and dhyan (meditation) techniques in his family. He grew up learning yog vidhyas and ancient practices to heal people. Yogi Jagjeet learnt different therapies which include Yog, marma chikitsa, food therapy, pranic healing and other alternative therapies while pursuing his University studies. After completion of which, Yogi Jagjeet decided to go for Sadhna in Himalayas, all by himself, for couple of years. Along his journey he came across ancient yogis and sadhus of Himalayas who taught him various meditation techniques.
His passion and deep involvement in Shatkarma and other yogic techniques, therapies like marma chikitsa, Asanas, or other therapies persuaded him to spread and share his bundle of knowledge and information with people to serve mankind. Subsequently he started organising classes for learning yog asanas, food therapies, Yog therapy camps, and workshops on pranic healing which benefited many. YogAcharya Jagjeet believes in the theory of helping by healing others.
His message in life to people is; be wise, as what you sow is what you shall reap in life.
Even after acquiring skills in yogic therapies and doing meditation in mountains he had an urge to go deeper, in order to gain more awareness of Yog therapies; as a result he opted to learn and work enthusiastically on Shatkarma.
