<Tough Korean Bargainer>

Although I hate bargaining each time, I am grown up as a good bargainer. My creed for purchasing is not to pay more then I am supposed to pay. This became much stronger since I have studied business as a major. Lets become a savvy customer!

I found a very attractive red-quilted rug which I really wanted to have since my trip to Greece. However, I didnt want to pay so much money to satisfy my greed for such a thing. But it is costless to just ask for the price. The seller man called 75 Euro! One-fourth the size was already 50 Euro in Athens so it didnt surprise me. When I was about to leave, he held me and showed his great willingness to sell it to me. Ok, then I called my price. 30 Euro! Can you guess what price the deal made? I paid 32.5 Euro finally. It was surprising price for me too. Good girl, happy COS, I will be a good housewife (if Id like to..) ^^

<Sunset>

In the story of the little prince, there is a line which says the little prince saw a sunset 47 times by switching his chair from side to side. Seeing a Sunset from Istanbul was my last goal for the trip. Jelle and I took a ferry which brought us to the other side of Istanbul, Asian side for the sunset. It cost only 1,000,000 Lira (less then a Euro) for 20 minutes distance from one side to the other, crossing the Bosphorus. I wanted to stay in the ferry and go back and forth no matter how long it would take until the sun would be completely gone.

However, I wasnt traveling alone. Jelle wanted to go to the bridge to see last of the sunset after we went to the Asian part one time and came back to where we were. He was right this time. I cannot describe how gorgeous the sight was from the bridge.

<After Sunset>

From one side of the bridge we just said goodbye to the Sun which left all the burning color over dazzling Istanbul, but on the other side of the bridge, there was orange full moon was just rising up from the head.

Istanbul was turning dark blue and the churches and mosques started changing to their shining night gowns I was thinking about Prague of 2001 on a summer night. At that very moment, I switched my favorite place to Istanbul.

<Goodbye to Istanbul>

When we came back to Hotel Ersu, we spontaneously picked a bar and decided to have a small drink there. It was one of the best choices we made. It was a real Turkish bar with only local people. There are a lot of little exciting side stories I like to talk about, but I will keep them as my secret memories. I love Elma Cay, I love Turkish beer, I love Turks  I know I am a very lucky person, especially when it comes to people!
