Sorry to contact you quite late. We have already read your proposal. It is good proposal for further implementation. However, your proposal include various technical tools which use to develop your communities.

We have attached question about your proposal regarding some technical point which is mentioned not clear in your proposal and some parts that require extra information.

We will givew you preliminary implementation document by this Wendesday. if you have any question or want to add further inofrmation, please don't hesitate to e-mail us
