Pumpkin Chiffon Pie:

This delicious pie is made with fresh out special spice roasted pumpkin. The pumpkin is then mixed with cinnamon, nutmeg, ginge, allspice, egg, milk, and sugar. The mixtured is then heated until it is combined and smooth. Once cooled the mixture is poured into our special Ginger Snap crust. The pie is cooled and then dusted with a Cinnamon sugar sprinkle. Pumpkin Pies are no longer just for Thanksgiving but for every special occasion.

Limoncello Lemon Meringue Pie

Our baker is especially likes using lemons. This is his orignal Limoncello Lemon Meringue Pie. It is a burst of lemon flavor for the tongue. Made with lemons, limoncello, sugar, eggs, salt, butter and of course lemon zest. Ingredients are combined and then cooled. Once cool the mixture is put into our signuature crust and baked. Once cool meringue is added to the top and slightly toast for perfect peaks!
