The Clock Strikes 3 - "Race Relations (UNFINISHED)"
Now forever unfinished, these 20 pages are all that remains of what would have been the third episode of The Clock Strikes,
in which a series of seemingly racially motivated murders in the predominantly
negro borough of Dunham Heights are being ignored by the police.
