I am continuously updating my Portfolio and resume to give the best examples of the depth and breadth to my professional and educational Knowledge,Skills, and Attitudes (KSAs).
I have been working at Eli Lilly and Company as a Training Associate in the GMP Process Maintenance and Engineering area of our Manufacturing division. My primary responsibilities are to manage projects for the Qualtiy Assurance unit and partner with customers both internal and external to analyze, design, develop, implement and evaluate performance improvement initiatives. These can be local or global in nature that requires a wide range of blended learning solutions to meet the compliance and state of control we at Lilly strive for.
I gained my Masters of Science degree from the University of Louisville. The Human Resource Education (HRE) program is focused on Industry standards and skill sets published by the American Society for Training Development (ASTD) and the International Society of Technical Education (ISTE) respectively. The Program of Instruction (POI) is designed to uphold and develop the standards that ASTD and ISTE have established within the Human Resources field. The links within this page consist of documentation that I developed and adapted from the ISTE and ASTD Assessment Standards. A comprehensive examination of the current POI Matrix and Performance Examples that articulate the KSA developed within each of the classes is also linked for your review.
