I have been working at Eli Lilly and Company as a Training Associate in the GMP Process Maintenance and Engineering area of our Manufacturing division. My primary responsibilities are to manage projects for the Qualtiy Assurance unit and partner with customers both internal and external to analyze, design, develop, implement and evaluate performance improvement initiatives. These can be local or global in nature that requires a wide range of blended learning solutions to meet the compliance and state of control we at Lilly strive for.
I gained my Masters of Science degree from the University of Louisville. The Human Resource Education (HRE) program is focused on Industry standards and skill sets published by the American Society for Training Development (ASTD) and the International Society of Technical Education (ISTE) respectively. The Program of Instruction (POI) is designed to uphold and develop the standards that ASTD and ISTE have established within the Human Resources field.
