Touring around Brisbane.

Travelling tips.

These rides are all within 300km of the Brisbane CBD. Some rides take as little as 1 hour, some may take you all weekend if you stay overnight somewhere. In all cases the following points should be noted:-

• On some minor roads the road surface may be in poor repair or sections of dirt may be encountered.

• There may be native animals and or livestock on the road... Take care!

• You are not the only tourist... watch out for inatentive drivers that stray on to your side of the road or do other dumb things.

• The roads are patrolled by both marked and unmarked police, with red light cameras and speed cameras in use through out Queensland... You have been warned.

• Don't ride beyond your limits.

• Take frequent rest breaks in hot weather and drink plenty of fluids.

• Enjoy the scenery.
