The deadline for pre-registration is February 1^st, and there's no maximum number of participants, but its in your best interest to register early - for the reduced price, the chance at a cabin, and to avoid long line-ups when you get to camp.

In order to make things easier on ourselves in years to come, and to serve you (the Scouting public) with better events, we're building a Snow Moot database. Therefore, it's very important that everyone fills out the registration form, and we don't have any no-name participants.

Age Restrictions

Registrations will only be processed once all information is complete, including verification of age for all participants upon submission of registration forms as well as upon arrival at camp. Anyone under 16 will face a strict penalty that will be enforced at the discretion of the Snow Moot 2009 committee. thanks.

Cabin Policy

This year we are asking for two cheques. The total is still $75 like last year. How ever to aid in the refund of cabin deposits we ask for two cheques.

1. $25 for cabin maintenance fee
2. $50 Cabin deposit (will get back at the end of the weekend only if the cabin is in good shape!)

From the Queen Elizabeth Way (dowtown Toronto, Hamilton, Golden Horseshoe, Niagara, New York)

• QEW to Burlington
• exit at Walker's Line
• travel north on Walker's Line
• turn east on Number 2 Sideroad (T intersection)
• Camp Nemo is on your right

From Highway 401 East (Toronto, Eastern Ontario, Northern Ontario, Quebec)

• Highway 401 west to Highway 403
• travel south on 403 to Dundas Street
• travel west on Dundas Street to Appleby Line
• turn north on Appleby Line
• turn west on Number 2 Sideroad
• Camp Nemo is on your left

From Highway 401 West (Kitchener-Waterloo, London, Sarnia, Michigan)

• Highway 401 east to Guelph Line
• travel south on Guelph Line to Number 1 Sideroad. If you get to Dundas Street, you have gone too far
• travel east on Number 1 Sideroad to Walker's Line
• turn north on Walker's Line
• turn east on Number 2 Sideroad (T intersection)
• Camp Nemo is on your right
