Each area of the world usually has a small elfin group living in it. From the far north Tundra Hill, to the deepest south Crater Holt, all the way east at Dare's Valley, and all the way west in the Ambience... As well as on several large islands around the world, elves live anywhere they can scrape an existance out. Like humans on Earth, elves are very adaptable. Most people wind up living in a Holt which best suits them. There are exceptions but most of the time, since there are Holts in every climate and condition, once an elf hears about a place that would be better for them, they often up and leave their current digs for it.
